Refusal to help from Ronwyn at Vincent Park

2 weeks ago I app**** for an FNB bank acc. on the phone.So I was told bring certain documents like my proof of address, which is in my father's name, it was all signed and address written like normal.

When you apply via telephone that is a sale between u and the person spoken to on the phone, I assume. Today I went to pick up my card from the bank which is at Vincent park, I was assisted by a lady named Ronwyn. She told me because I wrote my address as 709 nu 15 and not 00709/00 Zone 15 as on the STATEMENT, that she cannot help me. Which I believe is a lie, what I write my address and how the computer prints it out is 2different things.

It came to my conclusion that maybe Ronwyn was not interested in assisting me because I had opened the account telephonically and she was not interested in finishing someone else's sale, either way, I want FNB to cancel my account if they are not interested in getting my business, coz I will not go their branch for the second time.
