Refusal to give proof of refund

I would like to know why till up to today I haven't received my proof of refund from FNB,I was told to get an Sub - poena yet I was told it will take up to 4 months if I do that yet why do I want to wait so long if FNB can just send it as it was made from my account and I have the right to retrieve it. It happened on the 04 October 2023, on account ***, I just want my proof of refund as I don't want to hear anything I am sick and tired of waiting for it. The detective at the police station told me that I have an right to retrieve that proof of refund as it is from my account to my Tyme Bank account so why don't the bank want to give it? I am waiting patiently and now I am fed up. My Tyme Bank account number is ***. It should match the account it was refund to so why am I struggling to get it.
