Refusal to close account

They refused to close my account. I keep requesting a closure and they charge my account fee even though I requested a closure well before the fee date.

Vusimuzi refuses to read my chats and just goes on what he see's... The account fee regardless of my having a reference number and chat trail to prove dates on when the cancellation was requested!!!
