Refusal to close account due to undisclosed hidden fees

This pathetic excuse of a bank that should technically be classified as a loan shark has been stalling on closing my account. I have tried to get out from under the enormous amount of hidden fees that they don't tell you about. Since April I have tried closing my bank account and have settled all outstanding fees with FNB 3 different times and when I go back into the local branch they inform me that there is yet another amount that was not disclosed to me outstanding for services they bill you that you are not even using!!!!!! The FNB slogan of "How can we help you" needs to change to "How can we charge you"!!
