Refusal to change debit order date
I changed jobs beginning of this year and as a result I get paid on a different later date,
I have called in and sent through my payslip to prove I now get paid a different date. The person at the call center still refuses to change my debit order date saying it is valid for 5 days. as a result I get charged fees at my bank for the debit order bouncing, R 276 each time to be exact and this will now be the 3rd time I get charged for it.

Can somebody please sort this out and refund me the charges as I asked for the date to be change 3 months ago and fnb is refusing to do it.
Ideally I would like to cancel the debit order completely and just deposit the payment monthly but that request was also refused.

I am very unhappy with fnb and have always only had bad experience with them,
as a result this is the last time I will ever deal with this bank and I would encourage others to do the same.

Please contact me on my work number or email as I have problems with my cell.
