REFUSAL OF STATEMENT(NO SYSTEM TO GENERATE STATEMENT)

05/04/2022 - I asked to a Bond and Arrears Statement from Mr Luqmaan. He advised me that there is not system in FNB that can generate Arrears Statement therefore he will calculate the closing balance of the Arrears.

05/04/2022 - Mr Luqmaan sent the closing balance of his calculation of R41586.58. But no statement.

06/04/2022 - I escalated the matter to Mr Mokoena who did not respond nor acknowledge the email.

13/04/2022 - The matter was escalated to Ms Ti***** Sighn who acknowledged receipt and promised to revert shortly but did not get the statement.

06/05/2022 - The follow up was done with Ms Tiffany and no statement no response.

13/04/2022 The follow up was done with Tiffany no response no statement.

2019 - Arrears on the account was R100000.00 2022 - Mr Luqmaan advice that the payment made thus far is R364 269.46. 2022- Arrears balance is R41586.58. The arrears were caused by FNB HOUSING they do not debit the account on an agreed date. 2 months ago the same thing happened and asked Mr Luqmaan if charges were reversed I am still awaiting his response.
