Refusal of rate review
17 days later still no help to review my interest rate on the overdraft. I am currently on 23% at FNB. Another bank has offered me 12,9%. Really FNB!!!
If nothing is done I'm closing my accounts together with my 8 family members. I will even lobby my cousins to do the same.
