Refusal of Proof of Refund

I would like to know why till up to today I haven't received my proof of refund from FNB,I was told to get an Sub - poena yet I was told it will take up to 4 months if I do that yet why do I want to wait so long if FNB can just send it as it was made from my account and I have the right to retrieve it. It happened on the 04 October 2023, on account ***, I just want my proof of refund as I don't want to hear anything I am sick and tired of waiting for it
