Refusal Of Proof of Payment

Good Day So I went to your Delft Mall branch to request proof of payments of all transactions I ever made to my own Nedbank account last yar May 2023 as since all my business accounts is closed I can't do it on my own, yet they refused to help me, so I would like all proof of payments I ever send to my own Nedbank *** sent to my email, as your branch is not capable of doing there work, also I do not want to year about a Sub-poena as it was my own bank account.
