Refusal of Personal loan

Very Very Rude staff of Siyabonga! I have many account with FNB but FNB refuses to offer me a personal loan to a salary of R27k pm without Bond nor Car payment! Other Banks are offering me loan but i am use to FNB! Should I switch my being a client to FNB for 35yrs. 6 accounts with FNB?????
