Refusal of payment

If they was ever a half star definitely FNB deserve it actually it doesn't deserve any star at all. It's been almost 3 months now and FNB hasn't paid me my money back i don't know why they are still holding it because they were able to recover the funds in time so i don't know if i am being ****med or they want me to just give up on my money
