Refusal of funds release
Releasing of forex salary funds from outside of country, this seems to be a constant issue with the forex department at FNB. Why must a customer battle to have his funds released into his account, the attitude from the forex agents are not good at all, This is certainly not the first time this has happened, neither will it be the last time either. Please fix the issue immediately.
