Refusal of Annual Leave 2-3 days before Closure of Company by Owner for 2 weeks

I am a client with FNB Law on Call for many years. Here I ask them for Legal advice in terms of Management rejecting me Leave, Bringing a point of " it will create a president" Unfortunately I can only see and make a call that week. In conclusion, your leave is still not approved. I had given more than 6 months' notice, so as I am an Estimator where it's very quiet at that time. Manager / Owner [1 Man Owned] ask of me to assisting the factory.
