Refusal of a credit card

The credit card section are an absolute bunch of idiots They have not given me an answer as to why my wife has a credit card and I haven’t when and both our incomes are derived from investments This female that supposedly handled my case said that investments can be removed and thus are not considered I don’t know if there is an fnb protocol or if I’m being victimized for some or other obscure reason
