REFUNDS

Ive been waiting on a rwsponce for a refund for 2 weeks nou, ive visited 2 branches , they told me they dont do online at the branch in horison amd when i insisted they sudenly have someone to assist me, ive sender 9 emails and no respond ive called 4 times and they just keep me on the line for minutes that turned into hours.
