Refunds!!!!

I'm so livid with FNB and this whole pledge nonsense. I received a call from them a few months ago - like July or August offering me the FNB Conexis cellphone but in order to get the cellphone you have to pledge an amount into your savings account which i declined. A few months down the line we in November now - no device or contract. R 1500 gets transferred from my account into my savings account i call FNB they put you on hold for 40 minutes and you get transferred from pillar to post and every consultant has a different story.

They took my money in a split second - when I asked if it can be reversed oh no - you have to wait 48 hours we will do an escalation and see from there!!!

First of all the service is pathetic and also thinking of closing my accounts with them....
