Refunding

Hello Peter I have a complain with Uber eats and fnb.... On the 24may 5 transaction where made on my account by Uber eats and I didn't request any food that cost 1500... So I disputed and logged in a case the very same day but now only one transaction was reversed I'm struggling to get my money back while Uber eats told they will refund me and my funds I frozen by FNB.... Now I spoke with Cavin Smith from fnb ***** department he still saying my Case is pending while Uber eats told me they will refund me I have to wait 4 or 5 days since last week Wednesday can I be assisted with this
