Refund Withheld

I was offered Private Banker benefits at premium banking rates but was charged for private banker. Once i realised about two weeks ago. I changed back to normal account and requested a refund. I am informed it takes up to 30 days to get a refund. It took you 30 seconds to debit. I want my refund now. I will not wait. Fix it today.
