REFUND UPS AND DOWNS

I just got of a call with FNB to ask them to please reverse a transaction i just made towards mutli- choice, an overpayment made, this is based on an instruction from mutlichoice stating that they will take a month to reverse it, A MONTH how crazy is that? well FNB tells me they cant as Multichoice is a public receipient, they have no authority to such accounts. Now who must do this, FNB or MUlti-choice? multi choice delays because they want to ensure that I dont reverse it, FNB says its irreversible- CAN ONE of YOU do you JOBS people, this money is not even out yet from FNB, there is no money on air, the cut off is at 4 yet you cant reverse, capitec is capable and you fail, your systems issues arent mine, you have enough proof to process this, can you please reply with, FIXED as i have no time to entertaing this kind of service.
