Refund taking too long

I wrote to you but no one is getting back to me. Why would a refund take so long to pay back everyone is just keeping to 5-7 and today is day 5 of refund request . I think I must try and look for another bank cause you clearly don't want me as a customer anymore but it's ok . I will look and move
