Refund Taking for ever

I made a purchase at a store but was charged twice i went to inquire and was informed to go to bank which i did, The bank told me the funds will be reversed within 48hrs and this did not happen i had to go to the back again yesterday and now i got a different story that i will take a week before my refund. . , really now? I need to use the R1028.38 to pay other bills i cant be waiting another week for a reversal to be done. Please reverse my funds asap if you cant i will have no option but to close my account and move to a bank that understands what is customer service.
