Refund still not processed after 4 months. Shoddy.

In September '21 I made a purchase from Superbalist of R1234. I requested a refund which Superbalist processed and released. I know this because I enquired with them first as to what the delay was because they are normally quick. So I now checked in with my bank FNB. I sent my enquiry and I was told that my card is dormant - so basically they went back to like 2015/6 but not looking at my current bank account. You tell me how that makes sense, and the laziness to check further because why would I send an email regarding an account that is no longer in use? This was said to me via email by Alzoreen Abdul (rolls eyes). Since then (November) and another enquiry sent, nothing. Hence I am here because this is absolutely ridiculous. I have checked my statements numerous times and even sent to them to show that my account is still yet to be credited with the amount of R1234 for my refund. I would like assistance and for this to be sorted as this should have been done in September.
