Refund request not met or responded to

Fnb debt review dept has been very disappointing to say the least. In the past when making contact via email , one would receive feedback via email confirming receipt of email, yet no response was ever provided. Nowadays one sends an email, there's no acknowledgment or response provided. Fnb debt review took time to send me a paid up letter hence Debt counsellors paid fnb cheque account once again due to receiving the paid up letter very late. I've a requested a refund and provided my bank statement and Id yet I have not been acknowledged as having sent such a request and nobody is saying anything to me. I need my R2600 refunded asap. I want to be done with Fnb. Service provided shows lack of empathy and service towards clients.
