Refund request. Absolutely pathetic service

Once again i am writng a complaint on a matter which has not been resolved since. This is now the 2nd hellopeter complaint. I dont even know if this is going to matter to fnb due their service being the worst service i have experienced ever. An entire month it has taken for them to get to the point where i am now being held responsible for something which is of no fault of mine. Nevertheless maybe someone will hear my frustration and actually action this request. I highly doubt it.
