REFUND PROCESS

Utterly disgusted by the service. My account was debited R1950 x 2 for loans i settled with them. Now i have to run around to get refunds when they clearly see it is over paid. On top of this, my debits run on the 27th, they debited the 26th when i did not even receive my salary yet. I called in only to hear it takes 3-7 business days to get my OWN MONEY BACK! Why am i being disadvantaged because of your negligence? You are quick to debit early, but now i am at the short end having to wait for my money back ? The consultant apologized telling me be patient, as this is how it works? What if i needed to use those funds elsewhere?
