Refund outstanding after over payment
I did settle a loan with FNB, however, the debit order and a scheduled extra payment also did go off from my account. I did notify FNB via email, online banking and phone calls. after numerous promises they still did not pay it back to me. For me the amount is not small change. I would like the money to be paid back.
