Refund on my FNB Connect account
In regards to my complain with ref ********** NF, I will log a complaint every hour on the hour up until the money that was deducted from my account has been refunded.

Kindly be advised your concerns raised where logged to FNB connect and the turn-around time is 24-48 hours.
Once all the necessary investigations have been concluded feedback will be provided and you will be contacted.
Also note that every time you log a complaint a new Ref number is generated and filters and the back of the queue.
