REFUND ON MY CLOSED CREDIT CARD

I have requested for a refund on my closed credit card on 09/02/2021 but still no respond till today. I really need that money to buy medication for my daughter. If my daughter dies it will be in your hands because even the callcenter agents cannot help me. :(
