Refund of over payment, taking longer than a month

I am really disappointed, since 25 May requesting my refund over payment done, I have been give ran around by a big company. Now I have been dealing with Lesego Malatse who keep saying she did send the request to Administrators department , they said it will be resolved within 48hrs. Itsore than, that. I am spending more on correspondence also
