REFUND OF INSURANCE PREMIUM

Six months ago i discovered through checking my debit orders that i had been paying a double insurance of R456 per month on a householders / motor vehicle insurance. I reported this to FNB who have constantly ignored my requests to deal with the matter. Eventually after constant badgering and reminding they agreed to pay this four weeks ago, However in the past 5 weeks i have received excuses such as \THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IS BEHIND IN THEIR PAYMENTS"TO \""THEY ARE RECALCULATING THE AMOUNT\"" TO BECAUSE ITS OVER 36 MONTHS OLD WE NEED TO REFER TO HOLLARD INSURANCE ( who took over the ppolicy. Each week i get reassured that \""this will be paid by the end of the week\"".<br> <br> I am tired of phoning every week with no result and hope that you can assist in this matter. """
