Refund not done 3 weeks later

I have still not received my refund 3 weeks later. I have sent POP which they requested now they want a bank statement which we are unable to get for 3 days because FNB is offline. Charmaine Lemmek will request something different every day just to delay the refund being done. I have a project that I might loose because of FNB and their bad service
