Refund my online R500 00

I went to Standard bank to ask for my R500. 00 to be paid back to my bank account. This is the bank jargon used FNB has to recall I want my R500. 00 online payment to Truworth. The account used it's Truworth account they were able to see at bank that,that account it's Truworth account. Please pay back my money.
