Refund my money...

I am sick and tired of FNB, i cant be paying for something that i have paid off, long time ago, i was handed over to Ismail and Dahya attorneys which they are still collecting money from my account, for a personal loan that is paid. Clearly FNB personal loan department doesn't update their attorneys when client has settled their debts. FNB and Ismail i want my money that was debited since May till this month. i do not want to see Ismail debiting my account again next month.
