Refund my f***** money!

Fnb connect took an unauthorised amount from my account for a SIM that is not even active. I called, emailed called and spent 40 min being transferred from one department to another only to get no help. This so ridiculous...just refund my money please it should be as easy to refund as it was to take my money.
