Refund me my ****en money .

This is my story , went to an FNB branch atm in Clearmont Cape Town , i put my card on the atm , before i do anything it went like "OUT OF SERVICE" , so i call the attendant and she says i must wait till its back online , bere in mind i dont have anything i could get money with . My card never came , so i was told to get a new card . Orderd it but the ****** told me that i should order a temp as well and i will be paid all my money as this is refundable should it be the banks fault to loose the card . But now i call for my card and temp money to be reversed , FNB is saying nope nothing of that sort will happen ... These people are ****** for real .
