REFUND from Shein and R50 debit from Uber

Hi Guys. I have 2 news issues that I need assistance with please. (1) About 2 months ago, i returned some good that I purchased from a company called Shein. They processed a refund, yet I still havnt received anything. I was in contact with them a few days ago and they advised they did process the refund. They advised they did it from their side and I should contact my bank. Can you please check if you can pick up a refund request from Shein? The refund date is 25/05/2024. Please email me and then i can send screenshots (2) On the 17/08/2024 I was debited a R50 from Uber. This has been happening since April 2024. I have been in contact with them. They advised they cancelled it, yet Im still been billed. I chatted to them over the weekend. They advised nothing is reflecting on their side. Can you please check this R50 fee each month and advised how I can STOP it. I can be contacted on ***
