Refund from sars withheld with no communication or HELP from FNB

Absolutely shocking service from FNB. On Friday the 15th of May 2020 Tax refund was paid from sars in to FNB account and on Saturday morning the next day I had no access to the funds as FNB withheld the money. I called immediately and I was told by the consultant that they waiting for verification from sars and that should take about 48hrs max. I made calls to sars and they confirmed the payment and everything from their side. The sars consultant even highlighted that FNB is supposed to call SARS if they have any suspicions on the Funds. I called FNB and they don’t know when the funds will be available as they still waiting for sars.
