Refund from FNB Mall of AFRICA

I have been waiting from the 12/10/2020 for FNB Mall of Africa to refund my money that was swallowed by one of the ATM's. Till today i'm still waiting and nothing has been done.

It's a full month still waiting for FNB to refund me. Mall of Africa FNB has the worst service and the manager there doesn't want to speak to clients when you have a query. What kind of institution is this, is it because i'm an old black women???

I was expecting a better service from them but clearly i was wrong
