Refund from FNB housing loan

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I settled my homeloan at FNB in May 2017 but the settlemnet amoun twent off twice. FNB was able to trace the amount paid twice nad since then I have being struggle to get my refund for months.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have being sending me from pillar to post, the branch in question is Thabong Shopping complex in Sebokeng.</p> <p> </p> <p>I an sick and tired of being treated like a crazy person, beingasked the same questions everytime i visit the branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>can you kinldy help please!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>LJ Msimanga</p>
