Refund from FNB homeloans

I changed banks in May and in the process I had challenges with some debits which could not go through including FNB homeloans. I made efforts to contact them to make arrangements. The consultant told me that the process might still be delayed and that I should pay via EFT or make a transfer. I paid R5 200 via the app. This is in June but the debit still went through. I phoned them to make them aware. They indicated that they will refund me in 48 hours from 22 June as I had filled the refund form they sent me. I am now sitting without money for petrol to go to work and I indicated that to them. I am waiting for R4662. 37 refund and am very frustrated because of the petrol price and them withholding my refund. Please help me.
