Refund from Blocked Account

Ive sent emails, calls no1 is able to tell me when I will recieve my money back from an account that was closed. The person handling my case Sthembiso Mhlambi is not replying to emails and the *****line consultants all they can do is escalate my query to the Sthembiso guy who doesnt even reply to his colleagues. Ive already submitted alternative banking details. Case number ***. This Sthembiso has been sitting with my case since 22 July. All he must do now is transfer my funds!!!
