Refund for the second time poor service

Good day , I have an issue that is a very big disappointment and something that you would not except for a compony this big . The service is very poor they assign a Complaints Resolution Representative to my complaint . it has be two week now with no resolution to my refund even after she said that We can confirm we have escalated the matter to our Recoveries department to assist with refund
