Refund for cancelled credit protection plan

I cancelled a credit card in May and I immediately called in to cancel the Debt Protection Plan that was linked to the card. However I noticed that an amount of R95 something is still being debited off my account since June. I called in to report this, I was told that the plan was cancelled and I was asked to send bank statements/transaction history reflecting these deductions and I will be refunded. I sent the documents to ********** almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't had any response.
