Refund - FNB

What a nightmare! I transferred funds to my personal loan by error and I wanted to settle my temp loan. I then requested the bank to refund me and this was on the 29th April 2024. They said I should give them between 5 - 7 working days they would refund me the funds. I called to check after the 7 days, I was told to give them another 7 days for them to refund me and today the bank is telling me, they won't refund with no reason. So they **** from the beginning by promising to refund me back. Stay away from FNB
