Refund FNB

I'm highly disappointed in FNB. On 24 March 2020 I accidentally transferred R3000 to a wrong account. Untill today 04 May 2020 I have been struggling to get back my money. Although they said it was transferred on 20 April 2020 I still haven't received it.
