Refund fee for replacement card.

Last week Thursday I called ***** department as I received a suspicious message on my phone with regards to linking my profile on a new device. They blocked everything and on Saturday i went to Bank city to have it unblocked as. Was told to do so. Surprisingly now i have been charged 120 for replacement card that I didn't loose buy was blocked as per your procedure. I want my 120 refunded it is unfair that i get penalized for this.
