Good morning

Could you please assist, on the 27th January 2024 in the morning I was withdrawing money(R4900) to Sasol garage ATM @ Secunda next to Secunda Mall. Then all of a sudden there was a loadshedding or the power switched off, means no money came out/ no withdrawal took place.

The I went to Secunda FNB branch for Reclaim or refund, then they promised that the money can be on my account by Last week Friday(02.02.2024) or Monday(05.02.2024) still there was nothing. On the14th February 2024 I went to FNB again for enquiries they did show me that the money was supposed to be refunded on the 1st of February 2024 according to Denzel Govender. Mr Govender made another promise that my money will be in by Yesterday before 18:00.

Till today I didn’t receive that money, who is fooling who. I am planning to move my salary from FNB to another reliable bank. Denzel have messed up my budget, im no feeling save to be service by FNB.
