Refund

I need my matter sorted out, from May I have been waiting for a refund, I was asked to send banking details of a different bank and I did. Jade Abrahams was the one dealing with my case and I have been emailing, calling and even visiting the branch with no luck Her auto reply said she was on sick leave and that matters can be referred to Sibusiso Gumbi, it's been 2days now and still no response from him.

When I call the call centre line, they can't transfer but to rather email escalate. Can someone just come back to me and get this matter sorted so I can close this chapter
