REFUND

I have requested a refund from FNB personal loans, I transferred funds in my personal loan account in error. I was promised that the refund will be made in 48HRS, its been eight days no refund no correspondence from FNB, I have escalated the matter through their complaint channels no one has responded or called me am very disappointed with the treatment am getting from my bank. I have tried numerous times and escalated the matter several times and am getting no joy from anyone. am still waiting for my refund and I have also asked for a reversal of a payment 10 days have passed still no payment reversal not sure what is happening with FNB. I did not expect such poor service from such a BIG BANK VERY DISAPPOINTED.
