Refund

I made a payshap payment to my Absa acc from FNB, on the 07Feb25 at 10:32:36 , the payment was never sucessful. Called the FNB contact centre and they advise the amount would be refunded back into my acc within 4 DAYS, This has been more than 7days. I have call ref RT*** as I had spoken to consultant by name Sheluba at FNB Easy acc department.
